• This radio control model is not a toy !
• First-time builders should seek the advice of experienced modelers before beginning assembly and if they do not fully understand any part of the construction.
• Assemble this kit only in places out of children’s reach!
• Take enough safety precautions prior to operating this model. You are responsible for this model’s assembly and safe operation!
• Taking out liability insurance is recommended.

STORAGE AND RETURN SERVICE

• Always remove the batteries and battery (s) after use and store them as described in the section "Warranty and warning for batteries“
• Nitro Models fuel tank always empty after use.

WARNINGS

• Do not leave the battery unattended when charging or discharging.
• Charge the battery in a well ventilated area, away from people and electrically conductive or flammable materials that are flammable.
• If the battery shows abnormal reactions during charging, such as overheating, leaking gas or liquid, immediately disconnect the battery and store away from people and flammable materials.
• If the battery is damaged due to an impact, stop using it immediately and store away from people and flammable materials.
• Batteries, motors and engines may become hot during use, be careful when handling them.
• Do not let children use the battery without the supervision of an adult.
• Do not change the battery, the battery case or connectors.
• Inappropriate settings (poor connections, inadequate mantainance, improper installation, etc.).

WARRANTY

• Products are covered by the statutory warranty of workmanship.
• The electronic parts are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• When contacting Kyosho direct, please make sure you have your invoice and model number ready.

The warranty does not apply :
This warranty is not valid in a misuse, wear due to use or other problems resulting from use or improper handling of the product. No responsibility is accepted for any damage resulting from use of the product. The act of connecting and using this product, the user accepts all liability arising from its use.

Considered misuse :
• Do not follow the instructions.
• Inappropriate settings (poor connections, inadequate mantainance, improper installation, etc.).
• Improper use (abuse, extreme use, etc.).
• With the use of inappropriate devices (eg, fuel non-recommended or non-compliant for thermal models).
• In case of non-compliance with safety instructions described in the manual.
• Overload, overheating (unsoldered elements, burned, etc...).
• Terms of inappropriate (humidity, rain, sand, etc...).
• Poor maintenance (for dirt, etc...).
• Disassembly, modifications by the user.
• Impact damage.
